Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – Definitive Edition coming to PlayStation Now

Late last year, Rockstar surprisingly chose to support subscription services from both Xbox and PlayStation, bringing a couple of its new GTA remasters to Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Now. While Xbox Game Pass received GTA: San Andreas – Definitive Edition, PSNow subscribers got GTA 3. Now, it looks like PSNow will also be adding in the upgraded version of Vice City.

English and Portuguese advertisements for an upcoming PSNow update have been spotted by PlayStation users and shared online. The ad specifically claims that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – Definitive Edition will be available on PlayStation Now until May 2nd 2022. If true, then this could well be the headlining game for Sony's February update to PSNow, giving subscribers three months to play.

Presumably, Vice City will be replacing GTA 3 in the PSNow catalogue. Eventually, we also expect to see GTA San Andreas removed from the Xbox Game Pass for console catalogue too.

So far, neither Sony or Rockstar/Take-Two have confirmed the legitimacy of this leak, or made any official announcements. Still, with February about to kick off, we should get new game announcements for PSNow very soon.

KitGuru Says: Out of the three games in the trilogy, Vice City is the remaster I was looking forward to the most.  Do any of you actively subscribe to PSNow? Will you be playing Vice City if it gets added to the library?
