GeForce Now adds more Xbox titles and six brand new releases

Last week, Microsoft officially began bringing Xbox PC games over to Nvidia's GeForce Now cloud gaming service. This week, more Xbox titles are joining the library, alongside nine games from other developers, including recent indie hit Planet of Lana.

Nvidia will be bringing support for more Xbox PC titles on GeForce Now as the year progresses. Eventually, if the acquisition of Activision Blizzard goes through, GeForce Now will also get big titles like Call of Duty, as well as access to Blizzard's extensive library.

Here are the games joining GeForce Now this week:

  • Blooming Business: Casino (New release on Steam, May 23)
  • Planet of Lana (New release on Steam, May 23)
  • Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun (New release on Steam, May 23)
  • Above Snakes (New release on Steam, May 25)
  • Railway Empire 2 (New release on Steam, May 25)
  • The Lord of the Rings: Gollum (New release on Steam, May 25)
  • Deathloop (Steam)
  • Grounded (Steam)
  • Lawn Mowing Simulator (Steam)
  • Pentiment (Steam)
  • The Ascent (Steam)
  • Patch Quest (Steam)

GeForce Now is available in a few different flavours. Signing up for an account is free, allowing users to stream to almost any device, with some caveats, such as being limited to 1080p resolution and potentially having to face server queues for cloud access. The Premium tier offers access to RTX graphics and you'll get priority access to servers to skip the queue. Beyond that, there is also an RTX 4080 tier membership, granting access to RTX 4080-powered servers and all the quality options GeForce Now has to offer.
