GeForce Now adds Age of Empires 2, Octopath Traveler and more this week

We've reached the first Thursday of the month, which means it is time for another GeForce Now update. Nvidia brings new games to its cloud gaming library each week. There will be 14 new games added to GeForce Now over the next few weeks, with four of them arriving today.

Last week as part of Nvidia's big July line-up reveal, the company confirmed plans to bring Square Enix's popular HD-2D RPGs, Octopath Traveler 1 & 2 to GeForce Now. Both titles, as well as the free Octopath Traveler 2 demo, are now available to stream through Nvidia's service as long as you have the game on Steam.

Here's the full list of games joining GeForce Now this week:

  • The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie (New release on Steam, July 7)
  • OCTOPATH TRAVELER (Steam)
  • OCTOPATH TRAVELER II (Steam)
  • OCTOPATH TRAVELER II Prologue Demo (Steam)
  • Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition (Steam)

This week's update also brings along Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, the most popular title in the AoE series. We expect to see other Xbox-published titles to join GeForce Now in the months ahead.
