Since launch, Ubisoft has released a number of DLCs for Far Cry 6, bringing back fan-favourite characters and even hosting a couple of crossover events. Soon, Far Cry 6 will return with a new Game of the Year edition, and a big expansion is also on the way.
Aggiornamenti Lumia, an account that typically datamines the Windows Store and finds early listings for upcoming products, recently found evidence of an incoming ‘GOTY Edition' for Far Cry 6. There will also be an ‘upgrade pass' available to those who own the base game already. The upgrade pass will include the game's Season Pass content, the ‘Ultimate Pack', and a new expansion.
New expansion: Lost Between Worlds

That expansion appears to be called ‘Lost Between Worlds'. Whether this ends up being a true expansion to the base game, or an ‘expandalone' like Far Cry: New Dawn and Blood Dragon, still remains to be seen.
So far, Ubisoft has not officially announced a new expansion for Far Cry 6, or a Game of the Year edition. Chances are, the GOTY edition will rollout over the holiday season, with the expansion due in 2023.
