CD Projekt Red is hosting a Witcher anniversary livestream tomorrow

Alongside confirmation of a surprise new expansion for The Witcher 3, CD Projekt Red has also announced plans to hold an anniversary livestream this week.

The latest edition of the RED Stream will take place tomorrow, May 28th, at 4PM UK time. This is a special anniversary stream for the anniversary of The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, hosted by Kacper Niepokólczycki and Magdalena Zych.

CD Projekt Red did also make it clear that originally, it was going to announce the new Witcher 3 expansion tomorrow, during this stream. While earlier rumours about the expansion didn't spook them, they felt like they had to let people know about the expansion early after the company's own games launcher leaked it.

It is unclear if we will get any more information about the expansion during tomorrow's stream, but if it does get mentioned, details are likely to be kept light. CD Projekt Red has already said that it plans to share proper details about it in ‘late Summer'.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
