Batman Arkham Knight has a new release date

Batman Arkham Knight, Rocksteady's highly anticipated conclusion to the Arkham series, has been delayed, again. The title was originally slated to come out this October for the PC, Xbox One and PS4, it was later pushed back and listed for a February 2015 release by several retail outlets, including Steam.

The game has been shown off at trade shows and members of the press have had the opportunity to play the game, these little chunks of gameplay seemed polished and near complete but that doesn't seem to be the case for the whole game as Rocksteady has had to ask for more time. Fortunately, Warner Bros is willing to co-operate and support the developer in making this game the best it can be.

The title's new release date is the 2nd of June 2015. Hopefully this one sticks.

KitGuru Says: The Watch Dogs delay managed to build up a lot of extra hype for the game, since then, many of 2014's most anticipated titles have been pushed back to 2015- its safe to say the novelty has worn off fast. While it's disappointing that Batman Arkham Knight has been pushed back so far, at least we know the conclusion to the series is getting the time it deserves. Are you guys disappointed in the delay?
