30-minute Nintendo Direct promises new Switch announcements

It looks like we're in for some Nintendo news this week. The company has confirmed that it will be hosting another Nintendo Direct and better yet, it'll drop tomorrow.

Nintendo Direct returns tomorrow, the 27th of March at 2PM UK time. The Direct will last for 30 minutes, meaning we'll get a good look at a bunch of upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch. Hopefully, the long-awaited Metroid Prime 4 will be among the list of games shown.

It is important to note, however, that this is a Nintendo Switch-focused Direct. A separate Direct focused on the Nintendo Switch 2 will be airing next week, on April 2nd. With that in mind, don't expect to see any ‘next-gen' Nintendo games during this week's stream, or any Switch 2-related announcements.

KitGuru Says: It'll be interesting to see what Nintendo has up its sleeve for the Switch 1 this year, given that the Switch 2 is just around the corner.
