The Steam Summer Sale is back for 2024 and kicks off this Thursday

Get ready to loosen the grip on your wallets as Valve has just announced that the Steam Summer Sale is coming. The annual event is a PC gamer's dream, offering a plethora of titles at impressively low prices. Scheduled to kick off on Thursday, June 27th at 6 pm, the two-week sale will run until Thursday, July 11th at 6pm.

A teaser posted on Steam's official X (formerly Twitter) account has given gamers a sneak peek at some of the heavily discounted titles, including Rain World, Palworld, iRacing, Disney Dreamlight Valley, Supermarket Simulator, Manor Lords, Stellaris, The Planet Crafter, Content Warning, Party Animals, Roboquest, and Batman: Arkham Knight.

Valve has also revealed plans for a new “deep discounts” section, where gamers can score up to 90-95% off on select games, perfect for those looking to fill their Steam libraries.

In addition to the Summer Sale announcement, Valve has slashed the prices of its Steam Deck. The 64GB and 512GB editions of the Steam Deck LCD are now available at a 15% discount until July 11th.
