Nvidia’s latest DLSS SDK allows developers to easily enable DLAA

The latest version of Nvidia's DLSS SDK for the Unreal Engine plugin could significantly increase the number of games supporting DLAA. With the DLSS SDK 3.1.13, developers can more easily enable DLAA on their games.

The news was first shared via Reddit. With the inclusion of DLAA alongside the existing modes (Quality, Balanced, Performance, Ultra Performance), game developers can now offer DLAA as an option for 1:1 resolution scaling. Additionally, as the implementation of DLAA is now easier, developers are more prone to add it to their games, increasing the total number of games using what is widely considered as one of the best anti-aliasing techniques.

Besides adding DLAA as a profile for DLSS, the new update to the DLSS SDK also introduced a new “G” preset, which isn't active yet. Note that these presets are not the same as the DLSS modes. Instead, they tweak different aspects of DLSS in order to cater to different scaling ratios, game content, and other things, giving developers some options if they're not happy with the default implementation.

The DLSS SDK 3.1.13 update not only brings these new features but also incorporates bug fixes and improvements. However, Nvidia has not provided specific details about these.
