MMO Lost Ark confirmed to be distributed by Amazon Games in the West

Back when we told you about the partnership between Smilegate RPG and Amazon, we've pointed to Lost Ark as the most probable game to come out from this partnership. This week, during Summer Game Fest 2021, we got confirmation.

Lost Ark is an MMORPG set in the fantasy world of Arkesia. The game features 5x base classes: Warrior, Martial Artists, Gunner, Mage, and Assassin. Each of these classes has at least two other subclasses, resulting in 14 subclasses.

Another feature of Lost Ark is its unique “Tripod system”, featuring three tiers of customisation for each of your abilities for multiple combinations. The game will include PvE content such as quests, dungeons, raids, and open-world missions, and open-world PvP and arenas for those who want something different.

The game is already available in Korea, Japan, and Russia, where it is quite successful. Lost Ark will be free-to-play, but there are three tiers of Founder's Packs, each bringing different items. You can take a look at the Founder's Packs on its Steam store page.

Those interested in learning more about the game and register for the closed alpha (later this summer) can do it at the official website.
