Asus ROG Ally now supports HYPR-RX and 1600×900 screen resolution

The ROG Ally has just received a handful of updates that bring multiple enhancements to the device. Besides numerous bug fixes, this update includes support for AMD's new HYPR-RX function, which significantly improves performance and reduces latency by enabling Super Resolution, Anti-Lag, and Boost technologies to work together. Moreover, it also added a 1600×900 screen resolution option.

To further improve the device's performance, a new BIOS version 331 was released a few days ago, improving the overall stability of the system. Then, the system received a new iGPU driver, which introduced support for HYPR-RX, some bug fixes and the new resolution option.

Additionally, on the 30th of this month, an MCU update was made available to fix a bug that caused the system to change between gamepad and desktop modes and an Aura plugin update to align RGB brightness adjustment with the latest MCU update.
