The tests were performed in a controlled air conditioned room with temperatures maintained at a constant 20c – a comfortable environment for the majority of people reading this.

Idle temperatures were measured after sitting at the desktop for 30 minutes. Load measurements were acquired by playing Crysis Warhead for 30 minutes and measuring the peak temperature. We also have included Furmark results, recording maximum temperatures throughout a 30 minute stress test. All fan settings were left on automatic.

  1. I have heard horror stories about their RMA process, is it bad?

  2. Nice little build, and not much more than I could do it for myself. im tempted for my brother who needs a new one.

  3. Excellent, nice price point. id probably move the GPU up a little and omit the OS. as I have several copies of Windows 7 here

  4. @ Eran
Overclockers UK were bought out by Caseking early last year, since then there has been a major focus on improving customer service. You can see this improvement on Google/trustpilot ratings.

  5. Its a good build, but i would definitely spend extra- that case is rubbish, its a cheap case and feels cheap.

  6. Scan systems are better priced and they look after their customers too. fact.

  7. I think its a good overall build, but I worked out I could build the same system with a HD7950 for the same price. it just shows if you can build them you save money. but I know not everyone can.

  8. Just bought a system from PCSPECIALIST, and I love it. I always buy from them, had my three systems over the last 5 years from them. recommended.
