Overclockers UK ship the system in the Bitfenix Merc Alpha case box. This isn't a heavy system, it was actually very easy to lift.
The Bitfenix Merc Alpha is a fine case with plenty of connectivity. If you want to read our detailed review of it, then head over here.
We certainly have no complaints in regards to the system build. The cable routing standards are very high, all tied neatly out of the way. No internal padding or protective foam however with our review sample, which seems unusual.
Overclockers UK have opted to use the Corsair GS600, a high quality, inexpensive power supply.
This system uses an overclocked MSI HD7850 OC 2GB graphics card, which matches the colours of the power supply and motherboard heatsinks.
OCUK are using a Corsair H80i in this system, although we were told that this will change on the system you can buy. Due to feedback on the Corsair fan noise, OCUK say they are moving to an Asetek 570LC Dual Fan 120mm Water Cooler CPU Cooler. They are also opting for Noiseblocker BlacksilentPro 120mm fans to provide high cooling levels but with lower noise levels.
The Samsung SSD is positioned above the 1TB mechnical drive.
The other side panel has screws which need a driver to remove. All the cables are carefully routed into the front section of the case.

Overclockers UK were bought out by Caseking early last year, since then there has been a major focus on improving customer service. You can see this improvement on Google/trustpilot ratings.
Its a good build, but i would definitely spend extra- that case is rubbish, its a cheap case and feels cheap.
Scan systems are better priced and they look after their customers too. fact.
I think its a good overall build, but I worked out I could build the same system with a HD7950 for the same price. it just shows if you can build them you save money. but I know not everyone can.
Just bought a system from PCSPECIALIST, and I love it. I always buy from them, had my three systems over the last 5 years from them. recommended.
