Unique co-op puzzler Wilmot’s Warehouse is free on the Epic Games Store

Each week, the Epic Games Store gifts its users with a number of free titles. While this week only a single game is on offer, it’s a unique one. Wilbert’s Warehouse is a puzzler which tasks the player with “keeping a warehouse running in tip-top shape”. The game is available to download for free from 4pm BST on the 6th of August until the 13th.

Wilmot’s Warehouse is described as “a puzzle game about keeping a warehouse running in tip-top shape. Just remember where you put everything, because when the service hatch opens, you'll need to find the things people want quickly, to earn the coveted Performance Stars.”

Unlike many puzzle titles, there is no single solution in Wilmot’s Warehouse. Players can “arrange the items in any way they like – “organize by color, type, the Dewey Decimal System, or some wild format that only you understand – it’s all good!”

With “500 possible products to stock” you can request assistance from a friend, as the game offers 2-player split screen co-op. Wilmot’s Warehouse received high praise upon its release thanks in part to its unique visual style, as well as the game’s ability to turn a seemingly mundane task into a fun and engrossing title. Though not for everyone, those with a mind for organisation are likely to enjoy Wilmot’s Warehouse.

The game will be available to download for free on the Epic Games Store from the 6th of August at 4pm BST until the 13th – at which point it will be replaced by an as-of-yet-unknown title.
