RTX-enabled LEGO Builder’s Journey is free on the Epic Games Store

For the final two weeks of 2022, Epic Games is giving away a new title for free every single day. Right now, those with an Epic Games account can get their hands on one of the best-looking games to ever be released: LEGO Builder’s Journey.

Available to add to your library right now (and will remain so until 22nd of December at 4pm UK time), LEGO Builder’s Journey is an “atmospheric, geometric puzzle game that asks us to sometimes follow the instructions… and sometimes to break the rules.”

Though a simple game in its concept, LEGO Builder’s Journey really shines visually, utilising ray-tracing to make one of the most photorealistic games ever created.

Of course, rendering plastic blocks may not be the most taxing of things, but the final results are undeniably impressive. For those without ray-tracing capabilities, LEGO Builder’s Journey still looks beautiful – and in combination with the game’s sound design, makes for an incredibly relaxing gaming experience.

LEGO Builder’s Journey is available to add to your Epic Games library for free until 4pm on the 22nd of December, at which point it will be replaced by an as-of-yet-unknown title.
