Exoprimal Season 3 announced alongside Monster Hunter crossover

Exoprimal is one of Capcom’s weirder franchises, with the dino mech shooter offering a fast-paced co-op environment in which players must work together to take down an onslaught of highly aggressive dinosaurs. Since its release back in July, the game has gotten 2 seasons worth of content – with Season 3 now being officially detailed alongside a free weekend.

Arriving on the 18th of January 2024, Exoprimal Title Update 3 will bring with it:

  • The start of Season 3
  • A Monster Hunter collaboration
  • New level: Jungle
  • 4 new beta series variants with new rigs, modules and more
  • New boss enemy: Neo Triceratops
  • New 10-player co-op event
  • New limited time campaign
  • Updated Survival Pass rewards

Alongside the announcement of Season 3, Exoprimal is currently free to play over the course of the weekend, with the trial already live right now – and will remain so until Monday the 6th of November.

Those who end up enjoying their time will also be able to purchase Exoprimal at a discounted rate, with the game’s first ever sale now live – reducing its price by 35% from £49.99 to £32.49. The sale will conclude on the 16th of November, meaning you have plenty of time to pick it up.
