Each week, the Epic Games Store offers a number of games for free to the users of its store front. For the first week of November, account holders can get their hands on the third entry in the strategy series ‘Dungeons’. The game is available to purchase for free from now and will remain so until the 12th of November.

Dungeons 3 is the third entry in the strategy series from developer Realmforge Studios and publisher Kalypso Media – known best perhaps for publishing the Tropico series of games.

Released in 2017, Dungeons 3 allows you to “Unleash your dark side by creating a unique underground dungeon from a huge array of rooms, traps and structures. Raise the most terrifying army the world has ever seen, by choosing from despicable creatures such as orcs, succubae, zombies and much, much more. Then, once you have built your forces, emerge from the darkness and guide your army to the light of the overworld, where you will corrupt the land and dispatch anything even vaguely heroic, cute or unicorn-shaped.”

The game received a consistently positive reception from both critics and fans alike, with particular praise being given to the game’s humour, as well as the combination of dungeon management and real-time strategy elements.

Dungeons 3 is available to purchase and download for free from now until the 12th of November at 4pm, at which point it will be replaced by The Textorcist.
