Computex 2024: Corsair debuts 9000D, TITAN coolers and iCUE Link upgrades

Today at Computex 2024, Leo gets a closer look at the new 9000D Airflow chassis from Corsair and its InfiniRail system that does away with fixed fan slots. Additionally, we get a sneak peek at Corsair's prototype Racing Sim, new peripherals and iCUE Link coolers/fans.

We already know that Corsair has teamed up with Gigabyte to integrate iCUE lighting support with Gigabyte's control software for its motherboards. Beyond that, Corsair is expanding on the iCUE Link line-up further with the new LX RGB and RX MAX series fans. The LX stands out for its dual RGB light loops, while the RX is a 30mm thick fan, enabling greater airflow at lower noise levels.

The iCUE LINK TITAN Series are a new range of CPU coolers that leverage the FlowDrive cooling engine designed by Corsair, powered by a three-phase motor combined with a precision engineered cold plate to maximise contact with the CPU. High-performance RX RGB fans disperse the heat, while a vivid RGB pump cap completes the look. All iCUE Link coolers are also compatible with Corsair's new CapSwap Modules, so you can update the look of your CPU block.

A new Xeneon monitor is on the way. This time around, we're getting a 34-inch ultrawide QD-OLED monitor, with super low 0.03ms response times and a 240Hz refresh rate. Thanks to the OLED panel, the contrast ratio is essentially infinite, and you will benefit from HDR in supported content too.

The new Corsair ONE i500 is a system we've looked at recently, housing an RTX 4090 GPU in a compact chassis, although it is a little larger than we're used to seeing from the Corsair One range.

For those looking for future-proofed power for their next compact PC, the new Corsair SF series of power supplies offer ATX 3.1 and 80Plus Platinum efficiency in a small form factor designed for Mini-ITX systems. Finally, on the case front, Corsair is launching the new 3500X and 9000D RGB Airflow cases. The former is built with wraparound tempered glass, and space for E-ATX motherboards. It is also built to suit new Back Connect motherboard designs, which move the power connectors to the back of the board, so you no longer have to route cables around to the front of the case and within view.

The 9000D RGB Airflow builds on the legacy of the 1000D with an InfiniRail system so you can set up your cooling fans where ever you need for the most effective cooling possible. An iCUE Link hub is also included, so you can streamline your components and peripherals, as well as all of the RGB LEDs.
