The Ryzen 7 9700X CPU found in the Helio Ultra recorded a Cinebench R23 multicore benchmark result of 19,594 points, landing it very close to the result of the previous generation Ryzen 7 7700X, albeit, doing so using much less power at 77W when compared to the 135W used by the Zen 4 chip.
Results improve drastically when moving into single core performance, with the Ryzen 7 9700X recording a very impressive 2228 points, putting it firmly amongst the results from previously tested 13th and 14th generation Intel processors.
3D Mark Time Spy shows a solid GPU score of 20,815 points, making the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super Aero OC graphics card the best performing RTX 4070 Super I have tested. The CPU didn't break any records but still managed a respectable 13,901 points.
The memory found in the Helio Ultra is 32GB (2x16GB) of Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 running at 6400MT/s – This shows in our AIDA64 memory benchmark, with speeds that will easily handle gaming and most work scenarios.
Finally, PC Mark 10 highlights the systems overall capabilities. The content creation category is the clear leader thanks to the dedicated graphics card and ‘gaming' design of the system.
