MSI Pro DP10 mini PCs feature Intel 13th Gen Core CPUs in a 1.1-litre chassis

MSI has recently introduced the PRO DP10 13M mini PC, a compact system created with efficiency and productivity in mind. Featuring a small chassis, powerful CPU choices, proprietary software, and Thunderbolt 4, MSI's new mini PC aims to offer the complete package for those looking for a versatile compact system.

The MSI Pro DP10 is a series of mini PCs packed in a 1.1-litre chassis. The tiny design helps to tidy up a desk and save space, while the powerful hardware options allow for multitasking. Packing up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1360P CPU with 12 cores and Iris Xe Graphics, users have enough power for general PC usage, light gaming, and even some creative work. Additionally, it supports up to 64GB DDR4-3200 memory, 2x M.2 SSDs (PCIe) slots and a 2.5-inch drive tray.

Furthermore, there is a DisplayPort 1.4, an HDMI 2.0b port, a D-Sub (VGA) interface, and a Thunderbolt 4 interface that supports up to 40Gb transfer speed and display output up to 8K resolution. The PRO DP10 can handle up to four monitors simultaneously, allowing users to have several applications open. Other connectivity options include a 2.5Gbps Ethernet LAN (Realtek RTL8125BG-CG), Wi-Fi 6E support, and a reversible USB-C 3.2 Gen connector.

The Pro DP10 systems were designed to deliver a more secure enterprise environment, alleviating concerns about information breaches. As such, they support TPM 2.0 to protect data and passwords using encryption keys. Moreover, they feature a Kensington lock slot to prevent theft.

The proprietary MSI Cloud Center supported by these mini PCs allows you to transfer data between the system and your mobile phone when connected to the same network domain, guaranteeing that data is safely shared between both. The software can automatically back up all your images and videos to a specified storage place with a single click, ensuring you don't lose any files. In addition, it supports multi-file uploads and downloads for more efficient file backup. The integrated MSI Center software can also assist users in configuring CPU hardware resources to prioritise select software on the system.

KitGuru Says: The MSI Pro DP10 series systems look like very capable HTPCs. We don't have pricing details just yet, but that should change as these units become more readily available.
