The 8Pack Hypercube returns – introducing the Hypercube MK2

Overclockers UK and 8Pack are back at it again with another high-end, masterfully crafted gaming PC. This time around, the Hypercube is making its grand return with a brand new look and the latest technological innovations that 2021 has to offer. The 8Pack Hypercube Mark 2 gaming PC packs a pre-binned Ryzen 9 5900X processor and an RTX 3090 graphics card.

The 8Pack Hypercube MK2 aims to be the best gaming and streaming PC available on the market. Built inside of the Lian-Li O11 Dynamic XL chassis, the system features a full custom water cooling loop, with a distro plate in the front of the case and straight tubing connecting up all of the key components. There are two 360mm radiators tucked away in the case and all fans run through an Aqua Computer Aquaero 6 LT fan controller, allowing for instant updates on thermal performance and silent operation.

All cables are custom braided and routed for the cleanest look possible, and all components are cherry-picked by 8Pack himself for optimal cohesive performance.

The 8Pack Hypercube MK2 also houses two Western Digital PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs, both with 2TB capacity each and read/write speeds of up to 5000MB/s and 4400MB/s respectively – a 40 percent improvement on storage performance compared to the previous Hypercube system. Through the OCUK system configurator, you can add additional drives to the system as needed.

For memory, the Team Group 8Pack Edition 32GB DDR4-3600 kit is used as standard, although RAM capacity can be upgraded all the way up to 128GB. Other specifications and features for the 8Pack Hypercube MK2 include:

  • Overclocked and water-cooled mid-tower full PC build by champion overclocker 8Pack.
  • Team Group 8Pack RAM memory kit, with 32GB of DDR4 memory at 3600MHz.
  • Asus ROG Crosshair Formula VIII ATX motherboard.
  • Pre-binned AMD Ryzen 9 5900x CPU with dynamic overclocking for maximum performance
  • Titan class performance Nvidia RTX 3090 graphics card with water block.
  • Custom, full length 8Pack distro plate integrated into the chassis’ the front panel.
  • Custom EKWB hard tube water cooling system.
  • Stunning RGB illumination to complete the Hypercube aesthetic.

For an overall style upgrade, numerous RGB accessories are included throughout the system, including RGB strips from Phanteks, TechForge and Mayhems, all of which hook up to the ASUS ROG Crosshair Formula motherboard and sync up with ASUS Aura.

The 8Pack Hypercube MK2 system is available to order from Overclockers UK as of today, with prices starting at £8,888.88.
