Cyberpower Infinity X66 GTX Gaming PC review

For a more in-depth look at the virtual reality capabilities of Cyberpower's Infinity X66 GTX,  we turn to Futuremark's VRMark software which is designed to test systems and their compatibility with the more demanding VR platform. VRMark conducts the tests without a headset or HMD, with the results available on any standard monitor showcasing whether or not the system would be a good fit for the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift or even the wave of Windows Mixed Reality headsets.

VRMark's Orange Room is the standard test, with the results echoing that of the SteamVR Performance Test. The Cyberpower Infinity X66 GTX is definitely a VR ready system, however, while the system can run the platform relatively smoothly, it will struggle with more demanding settings.

VRMark's Blue Room is a lot more intensive than its Orange counterpart, which the Infinity X66 unfortunately falls short of by a large amount. This indicates that while the system will be suitable for beginners to virtual reality, enthusiasts are likely going to turn to a higher end system.
