The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an action role-playing video game set in an open world environment, developed by Polish video game developer CD Projekt RED. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt concludes the story of The Witcher Geralt of Rivia, the series’ protagonist, whose story to date has been covered in the previous versions. Continuing from The Witcher 2, the ones who sought to use Geralt are now gone. Geralt seeks to move on with his own life, embarking on a new and personal mission whilst the world order itself is coming to a change.
Geralt’s new mission comes in dark times as the mysterious and otherworldly army known as the Wild Hunt invades the Northern Kingdoms, leaving only blood soaked earth and fiery ruin in its wake; and it seems the Witcher is the key to stopping their cataclysmic rampage. (Wikipedia).

The Witcher 3 is an excellent game but it is also a demanding one. Initially, the intention was to test the system using the “Ultra” preset, however when the 1080p setting was struggling to hit the 60fps mark at just 47fps, it was better to give each setting a chance using the “High” preset.
The Cyberpower Infinity X66 GTX just about hits a solid 66 frames per second at 1080p, not dipping below even on its minimum frame during combat sequences.
Things get a lot more jittery at 1440p using the High preset, however, if the user wishes to sacrifice some detail and opt for the “Mid” preset instead, the system manages to hit a solid 60fps. Unfortunately, its minimum often dips to 51fps during faster sequences like riding Geralt's horse, Roach and when in combat.
Even changing the settings to their lowest doesn't help playing The Witcher 3 at 4K resolution, with it rarely achieving anything past 27 frames per second.
