We first test using the ‘ultra' preset.

At its highest image quality settings, Shadow of Mordor is a very demanding game. As such, the Styx is unable to cope and dips below 25fps for the minimum figure.

However, testing again using the ‘very high' preset does result in a smoother experience without the loss of too much extra eye-candy.

  4. given the efficiency and the founders blower design, a 1070 option would be interesting.
