Sabrent rate the random write performance for the 4TB Rocket 4 Plus as up to 700,000 IOPS. Using our 4-threaded tests we couldn't get close to this figure, the best we saw was 302,315 IOPS (1,238.28MB/s) at QD32.

At QD1, the 4TB Rocket 4 Plus tops the results chart with a figure of 175,691 IOPS. After this point, it slowly drops down the charts as the tested queue depth deepens, although the performance does pick up again at QD4.
