In our read throughput test the Rocket 4 Plus peaked at 5,172MB/s (16MB block), putting it into second place behind WD's Black SN850 drive.

In our write throughput test, the drive is climbing pretty smoothly as the test progresses, peaking at 5,411 (4MB block mark) until it hits the 8MB block mark where there is a drop in performance. The drive does recover quickly though to finish the test run at 5,318MB/s.
