Kingston A1000 480GB NVMe SSD Review

The ATTO Disk Benchmark performance measurement tool is compatible with Microsoft Windows. Measure your storage systems performance with various transfer sizes and test lengths for reads and writes. Several options are available to customize your performance measurement including queue depth, overlapped I/O and even a comparison mode with the option to run continuously. Use ATTO Disk Benchmark to test any manufacturers RAID controllers, storage controllers, host adapters, hard drives and SSD drives and notice that ATTO products will consistently provide the highest level of performance to your storage.

Once again we are upgrading which ATTO version we are using for NVMe drives so have included the result screenshot from the new version as well.

The official sequential read/write figures for the 480GB A1000 are up to 1,500MB/s and 900MB/s, numbers we could confirm and indeed even better with the ATTO benchmark. Our review drive produced a read performance of 1,767MB/s with writes coming in at 1,010MB/s.
