In our read throughput test, the drive peaked at the 4MB block size, with the 2,474.47MB/s figure just shy of the maximum official figure of 2,500MB/s.

In the write throughput test, the drive peaked at the 8MB block size at 2,079.93MB/s before dropping back to finish the test run at 2,074.84MB/s – both figures being a little better than the official Intel figure of 2,000MB/s.
