IOMeter is another open source synthetic benchmarking tool which is able to simulate the various loads placed on hard drive and solid state drive technology.
We test with both random read and write 4k tests, as shown above. How do you not have the Samsung 850 EVO/PRO in any of your comparison charts? The 850 is the “go-to” SSD in terms of being the best all around, so the fact that you do not compare the Corsair XTi to the Samsung 850, means that your review is essentially worthless, as now I have to look elsewhere for a review that DOES include the 850 for comparison.
