We used CrystalDiskMark 8’s custom settings to test the 4K 70/30 mixed read/write performance of the drive through a range of queue depths using a single thread and four threads.

Using a single thread the drive produced results that ranged from 25,911 IOPS (106.13MB/s) at QD1 up to 173,848 IOPS (712.03MB/s) at QD32. Switching to four threads the performance goes from 108,895 IOPS (446.03MB/s) at QD1 up to 498,547 IOPS (2,042.05MB/s) at QD32.
