As ever, KitGuru is interested in the people who make our industry tick – and you are never going to know a person if all you ask about is the roadmap.
What was your first PC?
I believe that was an Intel P5 based PC with a whopping 60MHz. Looking back at that time, the development that has taken place over the last 20+ years is nothing but astonishing.
What is your favourite game?
The last game I played was Far Cry3 which I enjoyed. Unfortunately I have close to no time for gaming at the moment as my family and work take up most of my time – I enjoy both of those very much, so the trade-off is OK with me.
If you cook for friends – what dish are you best at making?
I am not a good cook but one dish I have mastered is Spaghetti Carbonara.
Which food do you love – but you cannot make – so you must buy at a restaurant?
Everything other than Spaghetti Carbonara.
If you were driving along the Pacific Highway, which car would you be in and which music would be playing on the radio?
Considering the ridiculous speed limit, I would not want to drive in one of my favourite sports cars, that would just be depressing – Remember that Top Gear Episode?
So the car I would be driving in would be an Audi TT Roadster and that would be interesting enough – so there would be no radio.
