Toshiba OCZ RD400 NVMe PCIe SSD 512GB Review

The ATTO Disk Benchmark performance measurement tool is compatible with Microsoft Windows. Measure your storage systems performance with various transfer sizes and test lengths for reads and writes. Several options are available to customize your performance measurement including queue depth, overlapped I/O and even a comparison mode with the option to run continuously.

Use ATTO Disk Benchmark to test any manufacturers RAID controllers, storage controllers, host adapters, hard drives and SSD drives and notice that ATTO products will consistently provide the highest level of performance to your storage.

When it comes to outright performance the RD400 is the new king of the hill. Samsung's SSD950 PRO is a stunningly quick drive but even this is left in the dust by Toshiba OCZ's latest drive. It surpasses the official figures for sequential reads of up to 2,600MB/s at 2,704MB/s while the write figures produced by the drive under test matched the official figure of 1,600MB/s.
