The power supply is finished in smooth black paint. It will be inoffensive and ideal for a variety of system builds. It does however attract fingerprints easily.
The large 120mm fan rests behind a black grill on top of the chassis. The Visiontek sticker would have looked better on the other side of the grill as it is almost impossible to read underneath.
There is ‘Active PFC' branding on the rear of the PSU, on top of the vented panel. Next to this is a power connector and switch.
The other side of the power supply is home to the modular connectors, which are all coloured black. One of the connectors (right, second from the top), was slightly out of shape on our review sample but it thankfully did work fine. The hard wired cable at the right is fully sleeved into the chassis, and is tied down for stability.

Always wondered why they had such terrible UK visibility. They arent stocked here ! makes sense. lol.
That would work around around £60 right? shame they dont sell here, seems quite competitive.
So many other options though, like XFX, corsair, Enermax.
Very good unit, thanks for review.
Its a really dull looking PSU and shame we cant buy it here either. Cant ever find any visiontek gear in my region.
Wonderful blog & good post. It’s really helpful for me, awaiting for more new post. Keep Blogging!
I found this blog on Google and it is very interesting. I’ll include it in Google reader. Congratulations for the post.
Looks a well made PSU, nice to see VisionTek getting a bit more presence these lately and the I often ride my bike past the company HQs in the summer, since they are located along the a familiar bike path where I live.
