SilverStone Strider Titanium ST70F-TI 700W Review

AS7V5887

The SilverStone Strider Titanium ST70F-TI is a very compact unit measuring 150 mm (W) x 86 mm (H) x 150 mm (D) and weighing 2.7kg. The finish is very resistant to fingerprints and it passed our screwdriver scratch test with flying colours. This involves running the head of a Philips head driver down the side of the chassis with light to medium force. After all, how many times have you accidentally connected with a power supply during a system build?

The Silverstone engraving is a nice subtle touch.

A large 120mm fan is positioned behind a black metal grill, with the SilverStone logo taking centerstage.

One side of the power supply is honeycomb vented to help airflow. There is a power connector at the side.

The modular panel is clearly labelled with many of the connectors covered when you lift the power supply out of the box.

Silverstone don't really mention this on their website but we like the inclusion of the magnetic dust filter which can be used to help reduce dirt and dust intake.
