Enermax are one of the most highly regarded companies in the power supply sector, and today we are looking at their latest Revolution 87+ 1000W unit, targeting the high end audience with Crossfire and SLI system configurations. The Revolution 87+ 1000W is a modular design, ErP Lot 6 ready, 80 Plus Gold Certified and is backed with a full 5 year warranty.

Enermax make four other power supplies in this specific range, with 550W, 650W, 750W and 850W models available. We are looking at their flagship 1000W model today.

  1. Nice, I am not a big fan of the gold they use all the time, but im not that bothered. Seems like a solid design all round. As most of their products are. Still use a 850W of theirs, 3 years and running.

  3. Excellent, My system keeps crashing, has been for a month now and I think it might be the PSU. any experts here able to tell me how I can tell if it is the PSU without buying another one obviously?
