ADATA HM Series 1200W Power Supply Review

The ADATA HM Series 1200W power supply arrives in a colourful box with logos highlighting the SLI and 80 Plus Bronze Certifications. This is a similar design to the 650W model, but the box is much wider.

The bundle contains a power cable specific to the region, a user manual, and a really high quality storage pouch for the modular cables. This pouch folds shut and is sealed with felt.

The cabling will certainly cover all demands with support for up to 4 high end graphics cards via six 6+2 pin  and two 6 pin PCI-E VGA connectors.

  1. £150? damn some 850 watt units are that price. thats a hell of a deal. although I only need a 650w!

  2. I like the colour scheme, its quite futuristic looking. I remember seeing an enermax which was gold and yellow once. looked terrible.

Specs are good, channel well have made for many companies havent they, corsair and antec etc?

  3. I passed this over to my mate who is looking a new PSU. he was going to go for 850W but the one he was looking at was 130 quid, so he will probably put the extra to it for this one.

  4. Good power output for the cash 🙂

  5. Thanks for the review, I’m always looking for value for money purchases and this will fit the bill nicely since my generic 750watt psu just blew up…..lol
