The Seasonic PRIME Titanium range is fully modular, and they incorporate low noise 135mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan.
This Review says 10 year Warranty but Seasonic says 12: http://seasonic.com/prime/ – it’s only 2 years, but so are some Warrantys.
You might get 3 or more builds out of it, and it will still be under Warranty.
It’s not like it’s going to fail in 12y1m and you may never need more than the 1000W model; with Chips using less and less power, and few upgrading their Homes’s wiring to higher amperage sockets.
