Sharkoon introduces new SHP Bronze line of PSUs

Sharkoon is about to add a new line of 80-Plus Bronze power supplies to its portfolio. The new SHP Bronze PSUs follow the company's approach of offering the best bang-for-buck and will be available in both 500W and 600W models.

Designed with new and experienced system builders in mind, the Sharkoon SHP Bronze uses an “unobtrusive design” and offers “excellent price-performance ratio”. According to Sharkoon, both 500W and 600W models are rated with the 80 Plus Bronze certification, meaning that their energy efficiency goes as high as 85% at 50% load, and 82% at both 20% and 100% loads. It also features Active PFC, a MTBF of 100000 hours, and it's ErP compliant.

Measuring 140x150x86mm (LxWXH), the SHP Bronze comes in an all-black design, with black textile-sheathed cables, and a black 120mm fan for the PSU's cooling needs. The included connectors are 1x 20+4-Pin motherboard connector, 1x 4+4-Pin CPU connector, 1x 8-Pin CPU connector, 2x 6+2-Pin PCIe connectors, 6x SATA connectors, and 2x IDE connectors (3x IDE connectors for the 600W model).
