Kingston releases white Fury DDR5 memory

To offer customers more options when building their systems, Kingston has decided to launch white heat spreader models of its Fury DDR5 memory. Like the black models, the Fury Beast kits are limited to 6000MHz speeds, but for those looking for something faster, there are always the Renegade kits that go to 7200MHz.

Now with a low-profile white heat spreader, the Kingston DDR5 gaming desktop memory kits combine cooling functionality with a striking appearance in a selection of Plug N Play (4800MHz) and Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD Expo-certified kits. With the Kingston FURY CTRL RGB tool, users can further personalise Kingston's DDR5 RGB modules by picking or modifying one of the 18 lighting effects, kept in sync via Kingston's Infrared Sync technology.

Currently, Kingston Fury DDR5 memory is available in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB single modules, as well as kits of two modules with up to 64GB of memory. However, the company plans to launch kits of four modules next month, increasing the maximum capacity of these kits to 128GB.

The Fury Beast memory modules are available with or without RGB LEDs. Whether you're planning to build an AMD or an Intel system, there are AMD Expo and Intel XMP 3.0-certified kits with memory speeds up to 6000MHz. As for the Fury Renegade DDR5 modules, these only have support for Intel XMP 3.0 with speeds ranging between 6000MHz and 7200MHz.
