Unigine provides an interesting way to test hardware. It can be easily adapted to various projects due to its elaborated software design and flexible toolset. A lot of their customers claim that they have never seen such extremely-effective code, which is so easy to understand.
Heaven Benchmark is a DirectX 11 GPU benchmark based on advanced Unigine engine from Unigine Corp. It reveals the enchanting magic of floating islands with a tiny village hidden in the cloudy skies.

We use the following settings: 1920×1080 resolution and 1280×720. Anti Aliasing off. Anisotrophy 4, Tessellation normal. Shaders High. Stereo 3D disabled. API: Direct X 11.
The Sapphire HD7730 GDDR5 1GB is noticeably faster than the 2GB GDDR3 version, averaging 33.5 fps compared to 29.6 fps. The ASUS GT630 delivers terrible results in this test, significantly behind both HD7730 cards. In Crossfire, the HD7730 1GB GDDR5 tops the chart, slightly ahead of the Sparkle GTX650Ti solution.
Two of the HD7730's would cost around £110-£120, close to the price of the Sparkle GTX650Ti.
Not bad really considering the price. ideal for a low power system with a weak power supply too as there are no demands placed on it.
You know, for that low performance, you might as well get an APU at that budget range. A10-6800K is $130 or so at this time, whereas this $60 + a CPU will be well over that.
The integrated graphics of an APU won’t be as powerful as a HD7730.
