The PowerColor Radeon R9 390 PCS+ consumes more power than the reference design, with the system demanding around 350 watts under load. By comparison the Sapphire R9 390 Nitro 8GB demands around 20 watts less.

  3. Would be good to know what “under load” power consumption means. Under which load? Stress test? Particular game?
