The Palit GTX760 JetStream ships in a large, dark coloured box with an oriental symbol alongside the company logo, JetStream moniker and model number running along the bottom.
The bundle includes a quick start guide, software disc, alongside a Jetstream sticker and several power and video adapters. We do advise that people get the latest drivers direct from the Nvidia website as they can often have incorporated up to the minute bug fixes and performance enhancements.
The Palit GTX760 Jetstream ships with a very bright, attractive looking dual fan cooler. The cooler is constructed from plastic and is a red and cream two tone design. The PCB is black. Each of the fans has 15 blades which are designed to reduce noise and improve airflow.
The card has two DVI ports, a single DisplayPort and a single HDMI port. All outputs can be used simultaneously, so triple monitor gaming is possible with only one card. HDMI is supported by audio, it is HDMI 1.4a compatible.
The GTX760 takes power from two six pin PCIe connectors which are mounted at the end of the PCB, but not at the end of the card. This is because the extended cooler overhangs the PCB by quite a margin.
The GTX760 is SLi capable in 2 and 3 way configurations.
The cooler is constructed around an aluminum heatsink. Three thick copper heatpipes run into two separate racks of fins on either side.
The Palit GTX760 JetStream is overclocked past the reference base clock figures of 980mhz to 1,072mhz. The core boost is subsequently increased from 1,033mhz to 1,137mhz. The memory speed is increased from the reference Nvidia figures of 1,500mhz (6Gbps effective) to 1,550mhz (6.2Gbps effective). The GTX760 is built around the 28nm process, and has 32 ROP's, 96 TMU's and 1,152 Cuda Cores. The 2GB of GDDR5 memory is connected via a 256 bit memory interface.

that 780 looks like gigabyte windforce card you reviewed last week? – looks good mind you. but a rip off?
I have a Palit GTX650Ti, I personally would go with them again.
Great review. And finally, a review that actually turns TressFX on even when using Nvidia GPUs. I wish all reviews did this. Good job Kitguru.
I’ve noticed the 4GB variant of the Palit GTX 770 Jetstream performs worse compared to their GTX 780 and GTX 760 in terms of cooling. I think it’s mainly because of the fins, they’re running the length of the card while using 3 fans. There’s probably some turbulence going on there which lessens the effectiveness of the cooler to expel heat. However, their 2GB GTX 770 Jetstream has the same cooler design of this GTX 780 right here so it’s gonna perform marginally better.
