The Radeon RX 7900 XT can now be found for £100 under MSRP

It has been a couple of months since AMD's new RX 7900 XT and XTX graphics cards launched and we're now starting to see some good deals popping up. Today, the Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card can be found for £100 under MSRP.

In recent years, supply and demand issues led to wildly inflated prices for graphics cards. Finding an RTX 30 series or RX 6000 series GPU at MSRP was a rare sight in 2021 and 2022. Things are changing this generation, with most of the newer GPUs from AMD and Nvidia regularly in stock at expected price levels. In fact, we're even starting to see deals bringing prices down below MSRP.

Currently at Overclockers UK, you can grab the Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT for £799.99, £100 down from its usual £899.99 price tag, which also happens to be the MSRP price that AMD set at launch in December.

We're likely to see more graphics card deals this year compared to the last couple of years, partly due to a drop in sales. Jon Peddie Research recently published its Q4 GPU market report, finding that sales dropped by 35 percent compared to Q4 in the previous year. In Q3 2022, GPU shipments also saw a sharp decline.

KitGuru Says: At £799.99, the RX 7900 XT is still a costly graphics card, but it also delivers RTX 4070 Ti-beating performance in a lot of cases and at a cheaper price.
