Sapphire unveils special edition Frostpunk-themed RX 7700 XT graphics card

Sapphire is teaming up with the team behind Frostpunk to launch a special edition graphics card. The new Sapphire PURE AMD RX 7700 XT Frostpunk 2 Edition promises a unique look, including a custom backplate featuring the Frostpunk logo. Better yet, the graphics card comes with some exclusive extras alongside a code for the game.

The RX 7700 XT is based on AMD's RDNA 3 architecture, offering 12GB of GDDR6 memory, 54 Compute Units (3456 Stream Processors total), 54MB of Infinity Cache and ray-tracing capabilities. Buyers of the new Frostpunk 2 Edition RX 7700 XT graphics card from Sapphire will also benefit from strong cooling, thanks to Tri-X cooling technology.

Sapphire's Tri-X cooler has earned plenty of praise over the years. For this GPU, the cooler includes five heatpopes, fuse protectors and three fans with angular velocity blades to better direct airflow to hotspots on the graphics card. The graphics card also supports up to four outputs, each capable of displaying 8K resolution, with two HDMI 2.1a and two DisplayPort 2.1 ports.

Those picking up the Sapphire Pure Radeon RX 7700 XT Frostpunk 2 Edition graphics card in July will also get a set of enamel pins, keyboard keycaps and a code for the deluxe edition of Frostpunk 2.
