Intel Arc A750 will release alongside the A770 on October 12th

It looks like the Arc A770 isn't hitting the market alone. The Intel Arc A750 GPU is also set to release on October 12th, starting at $289. At this price, it will be cheaper than the RTX 3060, and according to Intel's performance figures at least, it will be very competitive with Nvidia's mid-range GPU.

Intel also reminded us that the Arc A770 price will start at $329, and the limited edition will cost $349 (16GB only). The lower end of the price spectrum is targeted at the 8GB models from partners such as ASRock and Gunnir.

In the video above, Intel shared some interesting metrics regarding the new GPUs. The company claims the Arc A750 brings, on average, 53% more performance per dollar than the RTX 3060 at 1440p (48% at 1080p), whereas the Arc A770 has 42% more (37% at 1080p).

Moreover, Intel's Tom Petersen stated that the Arc A750 is about 5/6% faster than the RTX 3060 in DX11, DX12 and Vulkan games at 1440p with high graphics settings. Intel didn't share any additional performance comparisons for the Arc A770, but we can only expect it will beat the A750 and if Intel's numbers are correct, it should pull ahead of the RTX 3060.

Intel's Arc desktop graphics cards are launching on the 12th of October.
