Biostar launches its first Arc A-series graphics cards

Biostar has been known to be working on Intel Arc graphics cards for almost a year. Now, its first Arc A-series graphics cards are ready for launch, starting off with the S380 ST, and the A750 OC.

The Biostar Arc A750 OC features 28 Xe-Cores and a clock speed of 2200MHz. It has 8GB of GDDR6 memory, operates at 16Gbps, and uses a 256-bit memory interface. The Arc A750 OC is designed for systems with a 650W PSU and has BIOSTAR capabilities such as Digital PWM and Dr MOS technology. The GPU uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 interface and features 3x DisplayPort 2.0 and an HDMI 2.0 port, which can handle displays with a maximum resolution of 7680×4320 at 60Hz.

With its dual-fan design, the Arc A750 OC graphics card provides effective cooling under heavy workloads, delivering reliable performance across various applications. The dual-fan architecture and Calm Technology guarantee that the graphics card runs quietly in low-temperature environments while delivering quick cooling when needed.

The Biostar Arc A380 ST is an entry level discrete graphics card, featuring 8 Xe-cores and a clock speed of 2000MHz. The memory is also a downgrade, with only 6GB of GDDR6 memory running at 15.5Gbps on a 96-bit interface. With a TBP of 75W, Biostart recommends using it on a 350W PSU. It has the same connectivity options as Biostar's A750 OC, with 3x Displayport 2.0 and an HDMI 2.0 port, but the PCIe 4.0 interface is limited to x8. For cooling, the GPU depends on a single-fan solution.
