ASRock Radeon RX 7800 XT Phantom Gaming spotted with 16GB of VRAM

ASRock is gearing up to release its first RX 7800 GPU, potentially based on the latest Navi 32 GPU architecture. According to a listing on the EEC, the AIB partner is preparing two Radeon RX 7800 XT Phantom Gaming graphics cards with 16GB of VRAM.

The upcoming AMD Navi 32 GPU is garnering some attention, especially with the images that recently surfaced. These pictures reveal the GPU featuring four MCDs alongside one graphics die. Reports suggest that this graphics processor will offer up to 60 CUs (3840 stream processors). Moreover, the GPU is believed to boast a 256-bit memory bus, aligning with the 16GB VRAM capacity mentioned in ASRock's EEC listing (via @harukaze5719).

As per the name in the listings, there will be two ASRock Radeon RX 7800 XT Phantom Gaming models. The “ASRock RX 7800 XT PG 16GO” should be similar to the Radeon RX 7900 XT that's already available. As for the “ASRock RX 7800 XT PGW 16GO”, it's most likely a white model of the same card.

While specific details about the RX 7800 XT's specifications remain unknown, AMD has already introduced a workstation model named Radeon Pro W7800. This professional-grade GPU utilises the Navi 31 architecture, featuring 4480 stream processors and 32GB of VRAM. Although different from the upcoming consumer-oriented RX 7800 XT, the introduction of the Radeon Pro W7800 showcases AMD's commitment to delivering graphics solutions for various market segments.
