Things don't really pick up in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, either. The GTX 1650 averaged just over 40FPS at 1080p – putting it 12-13FPS slower than both GTX 1060 and RX 570. It's 1440p results aren't playable, either, with minimums of 22.5FPS.
