Grid 2 is the sequel to the racing video game Race Driver: Grid. It was developed and published by Codemasters. The game includes numerous real world locations such as Paris, numerous United States locations, and many more, and also includes motor vehicles spanning four decades. In addition, it includes a new handling system that developer Codemasters has dubbed ‘TrueFeel', which aims to hit a sweet spot between realism and accessibility.
We selected a series of very high-ultra settings as shown above.
For the first test we selected a 8x MSAA configuration, shown above.
Frame rates are extremely smooth, averaging around 130 frames per second. There is clearly plenty of headroom available for higher image quality settings, so we went back into the game configuration settings to increase quality further.
We opted for a 8f16x EQAA configuration.
The frame rates drop to around 80 frames per second average, with a minimum frame rate of 62. In real world terms this game is perfectly smooth at all times, and looks stunning at these settings.

Seriously though im thinking about this board for my next build – once I get my money back from DABS for a faulty product.
I think the gigabyte boards look the best, but its not that big a deal when they all seem this good. ASUS Is my least favourite.
Good job from MSI with this one – i have had good succcess in the past with MSI products.
