AMD is bundling Horizon: Zero Dawn with Ryzen 3000 processors

By now, most people know that Sony is releasing some of its PS-exclusive titles to PC, including Horizon: Zero Dawn. The release date of Horizon still hasn't been specified yet, but if we take into consideration the latest bundle offering from AMD, it seems that the game could be coming out sooner rather than later.

The launch was already confirmed for “Summer”, but a specific date was not disclosed. Now that AMD is offering a bundled copy of Horizon: Zero Dawn Complete Edition for PC until June 30, it could mean that the game will be released at some point this month. Then again, it's also possible anyone who gets a code may just have to wait until a bit later on to redeem it, if Horizon doesn't launch before the end of the promo.

For this promotion, users will receive a coupon code upon purchase of a select AMD Ryzen processor at select retailers during this campaign. The codes will be limited and will only be given while the supply lasts. The list of AMD Ryzen 3000 processors include the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X/3900X processors, the AMD Ryzen 7 3800X/3700X processors, and the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X/3600 processors.

Horizon: Zero Dawn is an open-world RPG developed by Guerilla Games. In this game, you play as Aloy on a quest to discover the mysteries of a world ruled by machines. Players can engage in tactical combat against the ferocious machines scattered throughout the world and take them down using different strategies and tools. The game was very well received as seen by its score of 89 as per Metacritic, with critics praising it as “Guerrilla Games’ best effort, one of the PS4’s greatest games, and the best game ever crafted from the ground up for the platform”.
